How many years home office will give for extension.

Post by Et1234 » Mon Jul 20, 2015 9:42 am

Hi
My tier 2 visa starts on 26-4-13 and ends on 24-2-16.
I calculated that it is not a full 3 years period.
I am going to apply extension soon. How can I make sure the home office will give me 3 years in the extension, so that I can switch to IL visa after the 5 year rule?
Will they automatically give 3 years or I should do something to highlight this?

I'd like to know whether my dependants (under 15 years old) are required to pay the health care charge?
Thanks
Ed

The visa dates depend on the dates given on your cos. Ask your employer to issue u a cos for 3 years and u will get a visa for 3 years.
All have pay health surchage
