Need Help for Filling the HSMP form

Hi All members,

I have a query regarding to filling the Salary section in HSMP form. I am from London and currently on Science and Graduate Scheme i wanted to apply for HSMP because my visa is running out i have earned 27000 uk pounds in last 9 months on Science and Graduate Scheme. I have one query while i am filling the form.

The query is that i am claiming the salary period for the last 9 months out of last 12 months for dec 06 to sept 07. Now in that period i had worked in two companies one full time and one part time i got ALL THE proof including tax return and Bankstatements. Now when i started filling the form i noticed it got the place for one job not for multiple jobs can experience guys guid me how i should fill my HSMP form. Please reply ASAP

The form does not limit the number of jobs. To expound on your evidences, you can attach a cover letter explaining the details.
