Tier1(General) missing in Points calculator to prove English

Hi All,

I am on Tier 1(General) preparing documentation for ILR. As per English language requirement I need to have a printout from points-based calculator with the equivalent level of degree and the level of English. But, when I check in UKVI website it has only investor/entrepreneur/ exceptional talent but not General.

I called the UK home office and they are saying what ever the website has we can only select that but I am not sure if he understood me properly. Is there any other link or am I missing something here? Can someone please help me with this.

Tier 1 General is no longer available on the calculator.

Use Tier 2 General instead.

Many Thanks..this helps. Just to be on safeside I too will send an email to home office to confirm I can use tier 2 calculator and will take that print out with me.
