From Flr fp to EEA-FM

Hi family,

I would like to know if it is possible to switch from flr fp visa to EEA FM, I have looked into the index board but doesn't seem to find people who have done it before, I have seen switch from flr fp to flm, but want to know in my case about switching to EEA FM.

Yes, if you are a family member of a qualified EEA or Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss national who has attained PR.

Do you know if I can apply to switch anytime to EEA fp or do I need to wait until the end of my flr fp ends. Also do you know if I can apply in person using premium service??
