Just need some advice on the sponsorship.
I'm unclear as to what is needed to sponsor? Some say that I need to provide documents while looking at the GOV. site it says that my Mother in Law can apply online using the Standard Visa Service and only she needs to provide documents. (See this link - https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/overview - and she will get a visa with me needing to do anything..
currently i'm unemployed however we have a lot of savings roughly around 4K, MY wife is on Maternity Leave so she gets money and also Child Credits. She is due to finish end of next month and will be starting work around 1st Sept (basically got the job).
So my question is what do I really need? If I need bank statements for like 6months or Tax Slips for 3 years, then how can I provide this? I stopped working end of December and have all the Payslips etc.
I am currently Self Employed on a online shop which was started since Jan but not made anything yet
so will I be able to call my MOL? If it a problem then would a Part time job do? There's Loads of Delivery Driver jobs around my area i.e. Pizza Hut, Dominos which will all provide a payslip.
Please can you advice?
