Tier 2 extension

Hi all

I would like to ask if we can extend any further than 6 years for Tier 2? Due to circumstances I can't apply ILR and needed extension. I'm on my 5th year now.

Should we assume which sub-category of Tier 2 you are in? Should we assume all the facts about your immigration history needed to answer your question?
If so, the answer is - Maybe you can, maybe you can't!!


But if you tell us your immigration history in detail, then someone may be tempted to answer your queries.
