Tier 2 child dependent VISA accomodation proof

Hello,

Just wanted to know if anyone faced such a situation. I am on tier 2, my wife is on tier 2 dependent.
We have 2 kids who were born here, we didn't apply for dependent and then we had to travel to India on emergency as wife wasn't keeping too well. 7 months now I would like them to join me back. I just require to apply for my 2 kids tier 2 dependent, just that I am currently living in a shared accommodation. Do we require to give a address proof and giving address proof of shared accommodation will it be of any help. As just before they come I will shift to a house. Any help on this would be appreciated.
All other stuff maintenance etc all fulfilled just wanted to know about the accommodation.

Even if you are living in shared accommodation you must be paying council tax and hence registered with the council.
In such a case your council tax bill should suffice.

If you are not registered with the council you are committing a crime and could face issues during ILR. Better to declare to the council and pay any backward council tax charges if you are.
