Correct COS for IT Team Lead

Hi,

Could someone please help me figure out the correct COS for an IT (Programming) Team Lead. The role briefly involves the following -

• Coordinating a team of developers
  Programming internal business systems and tools
  Coaching the team in Scrum/agile practices
  Solving technical/programming issues team face

I have looked at the SOC codes document(https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... l_2015.pdf), the close I get is 2136 - but it doesn't say anything about team management. And 2134 talks more about project management.

Any help please in picking the correct one.
