Tier 2 Visa

First of all, I would like to thank members of this forum for help. I have couple of questions regarding my Tier 2 General application which I will be applying in August.

I am currently on Tier 4 visa and completed my degree in July, my employer has issued me a COS and I have couple of questions related to it:

1) For the resident labour market test question on my COS, the employer has put down: "RLMT does not apply as the migrant switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2". Do you guys think this information is sufficient?

2) When the COS was issued I was living in Manchester (hence it has my Manchester address as the migrant address) now I have just moved to Leeds (where my employer is based), do you think before applying for the VISA application I should ask my employer to change the address on my assigned COS by adding a note or leave it as it is change my address after I get the visa, what other information on the online system does my employer have to update. OR do the employer has to issue a new COS?

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Hi,

I am going to apply for the tier 2 general visa. I am confused about the priority service.

Could we apply online for the priority service after the approval if not then how to pay for the priority service fee.?
