I am looking for advice to extend my visa.

Immigration history:

2001-2004 studen visa,

2004-2011 overstaying in UK,

From 2013 under artical 8 recerve 2.5years visa(human rights)

My daugther is British,my parner is British,with her i was divorce in 2007,but back together in 2011.

Which application do i need to complete now?
