FLR(M) Second Extension IELTS

Hi

I am applying for second extension for my wife on FLR(M) in uk. I already provided IELTS 7.0 Band taken in UK when I applied for intial application in 2012 which was successful.

My question can we use same IELTS cert for second extension for FLR(M)?

I rang home office customer service and they advised it should be accepted and advised to put a note on the form that Test was taken during intial application in 2012.

Pls advise?
