Tier 2 General Employer Change

Hi Manci,

I am currently on tier 2 general visa which will expires on sep 2017. I recently applied for a employer change under tier 2 general which has cos start date from Aug 01 2015.

Now UKBA rejected the my new application of my employer change under tier 2 general as reference number is not provided for Resident Labor Market Test.

So whether my existing visa is still valid and can I continue working with same employer which expires on Sep 2017.

Please guide me on this.
