I am here on T2G for 3 years. I've few confusions.
OK this is the clause. Now the confusion is :With the current company I've a clause that if I resign, I need to go back to India to finish formalities as company has Head Quarters in India. Once I enter India, my T2G will be cancelled. If I need to go back to the UK, a fresh VISA needs to be issued.
If i decide to switch to a new company and if the new company is willing to sponsor my CoS/VISA say from date 1st Nov 2015. Assume that new company applies the CoS accordingly and also VISA is granted. If I resign in my current employer say on 1st of Sept and start serving two months of notice period and during notice I am forced to go back to India say in mid of October.

Can I enter the UK by 1st Nov? Or I need to serve the cooling period of 1 year?
My initial T2G visa is of 3 years, after 2 years I decide to switch the employer, now do I need to get the new VISA or same visa with new CoS or new visa with 3 more years of extension?

Is there limit on how many time can I renew/extend the T2G? For example initial permit is for 3 years, after 1 year I decide to switch, again after 1 year I am switching, (total spent 2 years on T2G) Can I still get extension of T2G for third time? How bad or good is it switch job on T2G?

My visa was granted in January 2015, but I entered in May ending of 2015. If I spend 5 years in the UK do I stand to apply for ILR?

To apply for ILR do I need to spend all 5 years for the same employer?
