Business and work Visa in Easter European Countires

Dear folks,

I want to start a Business in any one of the Eastern European countries.I am just wondering which country has got the easy procedure to start a business ?....
What are the work permit conditions in case if i want to sponsor someone for a work to run the business there...

Is there anyone who have started a business or know some information.I will really appreciate if someone can share some information with me.

Russia has low tax, zero percent if you find a good 'krisha' but you'd be mad to do business there.
