ICT Tier 2 to Tier 2 General

Hi Experts,

I have just returned from UK(10-Aug 2014 to 3- Aug 2015) under Tier 2 ICT Short Term Visa and as I understand I have to serve cool off period of 1 year before I can apply again.

My question is, the Cos that my sponsor generated last time for ICT Short Term, can they generate the COs for the Tier 2 General visa as well, also is there any constrains as to be granted Tier 2 General Visa once you have traveled on a Tier 2 ICT Short Term visa.

In order to get a Tier 2 General, you would need to pass the RLMT, regardless of who your sponsor is.

I'm glad you already know about the 12 month cooling off period.
