Representative of Overseas Business Visa

Dear All,

My company in India has asked me to explore the possibility of setting up a branch in the UK. I have been employed for over a year with the company in India.

I have travelled to the UK before as a Tier 4 dependent. My wife was doing her Masters there. I had a valid visa from Oct 2013 - June 2015. I have a NI number as well.

I am a senior employee in my company with valid long term Schengen and US visas.

We are seriously considering setting up our operations in the UK and I intend to travel there using the Rep of Overseas Bus route. I've gone through https://www.gov.uk/representative-overs ... s/overview and thats all the info we have as of now.

I'm trying to connect with someone who has successfully migrated using this route to learn more about the nitty gritties.
