Hi,
My wife passed her TOEIC level A1 test on 09 March 2014. At that time the TOEIC was being accepted by the UK embassy. But due to some family problems we were not able to file her case at that time. Finally we applied for her spouse visa on 29 January 2015 unaware that the service provider ETS (TOEIC) has been excluded by the home office. Her visa was refused due to TOEIC certificate on 02 April 2015. She was given a right of appeal.
She hired an immigration lawyer back home who prepared her appeal case and also told her to appear for an A1 level IELTS test. She passed her test on 30 April 2015 with 4.5 score (L-4.5, S-4.5, R-3.5, W-4.5). She sent her IELTS score to the tribunal as well. The tribunal wrote to her that they will write to her after 22 October 2015 with further details on how and when her appeal will proceed.
Can somebody please give me some useful advise about the next steps?
Regards
