Good afternoon Gurus and esteemed members.
My friend applied for Tier 2 Extension last December. However due to some errors from the sponsor his application was refused. He launched an appeal and his hearing is on 13th of this month. In the meantime he looked for other opportunities and had secured employment offer from another employer. His solicitor is going to file his new application ASAP. I have a few questions:
1. Does he need to withdraw his appeal to launch a new application?
2. What would be the best course of action to apply for a Premium service?
Please share your thoughts as his solicitor is providing confusing information. I personally think he should not withdraw his appeal before launching his new application as Sec 3C wont be extended anyomore and he will be an overstayer. Please help.
