PEO-ILR 28 days before completing 5yrs? is it possible?

Post by zzzindagi » Thu Sep 10, 2015 4:57 am

Hi Guys,

I want to ask this question on my friend's behalf. He is on Tier 1 Visa and his wife and one child who arrived in UK just few month ago are on Tier1 Dependent. Their Visas are expiring on this December on same dates. His wife is expecting as well and their second baby is due in this November.

He has following question.

I know one can apply 28 days in advance in postal application but i am not sure whether it is possible in PEO.

Can he apply 28 days advance for ILR at PEO and if he get his ILR he will have 28 days to apply his wife's and child's FLRM. ( Note he wants to apply FLRMs through Post to avoid extra charges)

Secondly Does he need to mention his newborn baby as well in the form and what about earnings? will that be for Main Application + 1 child or 2 children ? ( i know the second child will be eligible for BC after his father gets ILR. )

Many Thanks in Advance.
ZR

The child hasn't be born yet, has it? It is only due in November. So, don't mention it.

If the child is born in the UK AFTER he gets ILR, the child will be born a British citizen. No need to register.
