Need help for Migration on Diploma

Hi All,

I am staying in India want to apply PR for Australia, I have done my Diploma in Electrical and Electronics and I m working for around 4 yrs by now. I want to know is it possible for me to apply for PR on the basis of Diploma, if yes then how much points do i get for the same.

Pls let me know can i apply on basis of my diploma and my experience.
