POE Appointment Croydon timeline - Tier 1 Dep?

Can anyone recently booked POE appointment in Croydon for TIER 1 extension? i tried in booking system, to know the slots about without IHS payment it's not allow me in schedule page. May i know the timeline getting slot, can i get within one week?

Already i have Ihs reference number, in the online booking, it is asking new payment for ihs and no option to enter the manually. Please advise..
