Tier 2 Licence User ID through Post delayed

Hi respected members,

My company got tier 2 licence last week as my manager received email with password and User ID to log in to SMS was suppose to come through post. But after 3 days, its hasn't arrived yet. In this scenario, my company cant issue me with CoS letter. I have only one day left in my visa expiry. If it doesnt come tomorrow what course of action my company should take? should they send email or call to help line? Do the helpline officers provide USER ID through email? Please advice me if someone has already experienced this.

Wait to see if it arrives in the post today. If not, ask your employer to call the helpline 0300 123 4699 explaining the situation. What leave do you have and when does it expire?

Hi many many thanks Manci for reply. My visa expiry date is 15/09/2015 which is today and I'm switching from tier 4 to tier 2.

Thanks Respected Manci, My company called on the number 0300 123 4699 yesterday around 3pm after waiting for post. My manager explained the situation and they sent the USER ID immediately and my manager was able to issue me CoS. In the end , I submitted my application on time yesterday with CoS letter and other relevant documents attached. It was crazy day.
