Basically since yesterday I was getting a error when trying to pay the Visa fee. In the mean time someone told me to start from scratch and for that I needed to request for IHS fee. Now I requested the IHS Refund from the UKVI form provided on their website.
Now in the mean time I tried again and the payment went through so I sent UKVI another email to NOT refund the IHS fee. What advise would you give because if they refund during the application process the ECO will refuse.
