Tier 2 extension & dependent - supporting documents

Hi,

I have a quick question re supporting documents for a tier 2 general extension.

I seem to have very little in the way of supporting documents as I've submitted most (proof of English test & qualifications) on the original tier 2 application 3 years ago.

At the moment all i have is:

Passport photos
Passports (current and previous)
Biometrics card
Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate
Bank statements
Payslips

What else should I be submitting?

Also, my wife will be applying for a dependent visa in November as she is on a work contract abroad until then. I take I she can just apply for her visa from outside the country when the time comes? What documents will she need to provide, and what will I need to provide for her?
