Hi,

My colling period expires on Nov 6 2015 .now my employer want me apply for VISA under ict SHORT TERM


Mu question is, Can i apply cos in October or when early can i apply for COS

You can "apply" for your visa only after 6-Nov. The date of application for entry clearance visas is usually the date on which you make the payment and submit the application. That means that the start date mentioned in the COS should be after 06-Nov.
