Tier 2 Transfer To Tier 1 Ent

Hello All

I need advise on below issues, Currently I am on Tier 2 Employer sponsored Visa will Finish Mar 16. I came to uk in 2007 on student visa then PSW & Tier 2 . My boss does not like me much so he will not extend my visa.

1. Can change to Tier 1 Visa with £50,000 Balance one ? or not

2. Please advise me any other way I can extend visa.

you cant change to ent with £50k route.
You should look for other jobs and maybe change employer.
