Tier2 Dependent visa VAF 4A form filling

I have few queries regarding the dependent visa application form

1.Can i apply dependent visa before the Tier 2 Visa main applicant travels if yes please share the what to fill on the VAF 4A form on Part 2(Your Accommodation & Other Details) and Part 3(Financial Requirement) section and list of supporting documents submit along with my dependent visa application.

2.continuation of first question before the Part 1 section ,What should i select on VAF4A form.

*As the spouse or civil partner of someone settled in the UK.
*As the fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of someone settled
in the UK.
*As the unmarried or same sex partner of someone settled
in the UK.
