Then worst case to extend visa +28 days overstay
(everybody says in any visa; even with no valid leave to remain 28 days allowed)
which would 28 Jan 2016
Where the continuous employment will start to break ?
1. OCT 31, 2015 - Date of Cos removed by employer
2. Dec 31 , 2015 - Date of reaching 60 days
3. Jan 28 , 2016 - Date of 60days grace period + 28 days overstay
