refused ILR: can I apply for furher leave to remain?

Post by xahde » Sat Oct 06, 2007 9:52 am

I was recently refused ILR on the grounds that my application for 2004 got to them 5 months late due to the fact that my solicitor submitted it late. Now I have been refused ILR. I was given a right of appeal but I don't wish to appeal for now, I want to know if I Can apply for further leave since my employer still needs me. Thanks

Can you post what sort of visa you have at the moment? And on what basis ILR being made?
