I need some Advice:
Basically I and my wife both received our indefinite leave to remain August 2015. Our Daughter applied for MN1 application last month for naturalisation and she is 4 years old now. Her application is on process for naturalisation. We both work full time and earn approximately £30,000 yearly.

Please answer the following questions:
1. Can we apply for Child Benefit?
2. Can we apply for Child Tax Credit?
3. Will it affect our an1 application for naturalisation next year?

2. Can we apply for Child Tax Credit? Yes in joint names
3. Will it affect our an1 application for naturalisation next year? No it won't. You are no longer under Immigration control.
