asylum drive license,and working permit

now my fresh claim still pending,now over 12 month already .anybody know how to apply working permit?
I was hold a full uk drive license few years time,July 2014 home office revoked my driving license,because in that time my appeal exhausted ,do not have any pending case.but after few month I made a fresh claim,now the case still pending.if i got working permit,could home office back my drive license????
