Tier 1 visa processing time from Pakistan?.

Dear Entrepreneurs,
Please advice as how long it is taking now a days for Home Office Islamabad (Pakistan) to process the T1 Entrepreneur Visa?
I applied team visas on September 16th and still waiting for any message or interview call. It's now more then 27-days.
I know on Home Office website, the processing time is 15 working days for up to 96% of application from Pakistan; however, I would appreciate if you guys share your own experience about the processing time.
