Police registration

I am going to apply for my Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur in the next two weeks.
I have my police registration complete and up to date. However I just read about Migrant change of circumstances form, I need to complete. I already have given my full passport and address details to the police. Nobody had ever told me about change in circumstances form. What should i do? I am really worried.
