hi everyone i have an urgent problem that i didn't receive my BRP card since i have received my passport for extend my T4 student visa. The tracking system said that it had already been signed but i didn't even see any letters for me. I have reported to the BRP Delivery team but did not get any response yet. I need to go to the police station very soon to register but without my BRP card i can not do anything.
So could you please kindly tell me that is there anything i can do without going through replacement process since it actually will take so much time.
how long will the replacement process usually takes? Can i apply for an urgent service?
