Suggest track timelines here to get an idea:

You need to be in UK when the biometrics enrolment letter comes so you don't miss the 15-day window to enrol.

It can take 4 or 6 to 12 months (or more) for an application to be processed and answer to be received.
You need to be in UK at that end time so you can attend a citizenship ceremony (if approved).
