Return of passport and supporting documents

My friend applied for a spouse visa for her husband who was in Jamaica. All her supporting documents were sent to sheffield and a self addressed paid envelope was included for the return of her documents.

The visa was granted over a month ago and her husband is now in the UK but the documents have not been sent back to her.

Can anyone advise who she can email?

Your friend could try using this form. Technically it's to chase up when the return of documents has requested and haven't been received within 10 days...but it make work for this. She should at least get some response.

It may not work as it doesn't have the settlement category in the drop down list...but if your friend is able to submit it, she may at least get a response on who she needs to contact.
