Hi friends,

I am married to a French national in March 2013.
i applied for spouse visa in October 2013 and received a refusal letter at the end of March 2014 stating that my wife is not using UK treaty rights which she was.
i appealed in April 2014 and my court hearing date was in November 2014 which was adjourned as the judge was on holidays.
i received another date in April 2015 and my appeal was allowed on 24 April 2015.
After 90 days i called HO and they told me to wait.

Its been more than 6 months but i am still waiting for my Passport and RC.
please help me how can i get my RC and Passport from HO.

What treaty rights is your wife exercising in the UK? Did she provide proof that she is exercising treaty rights in the application?

Is she working, seeking work, a student or self-sufficient?

If she is a student or self-sufficient, does she have private health insurance for both of you? If a student, she could get by with a non-British EHIC card.
