Appeal allowed under Human Rights and Immigration Rules chal

Post by gsweet » Wed Oct 28, 2015 8:22 pm

We just recently want got our appeal allowed under Human right and Immigration rules .But we just received a letter today that HO has asked to get it challenged at UT.The decision was mostly based on my health conditions which amounts to unsomountable obstacle. We been together for almost 9 years out of which 5 years married.I work n earn above required 18k but my partner is on is96 past 2 years.before this hearing at lower tribunal we had our hearing adjourned as HO representative wasnt prepared and needed more time .Also to mention at final hearing HO representative didnt attend .I want someone to reflect what can we expect in coming days.

What basis they have challenged?

Wait to see if court grants permission to appeal.

If they do, then you will need to challenge it by sending a rule 24 notice.
