New ILR Rules for Tier 2 General

Hello.

someone please shed some light .... I will be eligible for ILR in Aug 2016 and my salary is £33,000 pa after my wage increase in April 2015 and hopefully there will be another salary review in April 2016. can I apply for ILR if my salary match the £35,000 threshold at the time of applying ILR. my last CoS was issued for £29,600 pa at the time of extension. many thanks

But there isn't really advice to give...

BTW - it wasn't very clear but I answered your one question in the text, but it didn't show clearly - you just need to meet the ILR threshold salary at your time of ILR application (or your SOC, whichever is HIGHER).
