Pay Stubs - USA

Hi All,

I'm currently working in USA and would like to apply for HSMP from the US.

My pay gets processed bi-weekly and all my paystubs in original are sent by PAYCHEX( a third party payroll company) with my Company name,address and also my details.

My question is do I still need to have my company seal and signature on these to submit for my initial HSMP application

Please advise.

If the payslips don't have your actual employer name on it, then you will have to get a letter from them confirming that PAYCHEX process their pay slips, and confirming the salry you are claiming.

My paystubs do have my employer's name and address on them.

Hope these should be fine for HSMP.
