Hi applied for renewal I have 10 year right to family life visa. I have a british wife married 4 years and we have two British children. I have to renew my visa every 30 months till 120 month period. N was told its straight forward as will always meet the requirements. I sent my application on 20-10 with old passport. Proof they recived next day. I had to renew my passport same month typical but sent my new one along with both my childrens british passport on 30- 10 proof the recipient on 2-11. My visa ran out 30th/10. I have heard nothing from HO since but they have taken the money out. I was aware that I can continue working throughout application process n wasnt worried about outcome as was told its staight forward. I had issues with work n have now been told they did the right to work checks on me n that HO have told them Im not allowed in this country. And work have suspended me. Im so worried now I have lived hear for years and done loads of different visa and never had this type of issue. Any advice would be really appreciated xx thank you x
