Unrestricted COS: Start and End date for T2 General

Unrestricted COS: Start and End date for T2 General

Dear All,

My company has been grated A-rated Sponsorship Licence for 4 years and now they are about to submit "unrestricted" COS application for me.

They understand the start date should not be in past, and later than my last granted visa expire date.
What about the end date?
Does the end day have to be before the company's Sponsorship Licence expire date- 26 October 19?
Or possible to put length of 5 years in order me to apply 5 years T2 General?
