cancellation of Tier 2 to new Tier 2 Impact

Dear Board Members

I am currently in UK under tier 2 general migrant granted on December 2013 My current UK employer "A" has no projects for the next year and wants to cancel my Tier 2 General Sponsorship this month. If he cancels my sponsorship, how long can I stay in country and wait for next job start ?

currently have cleared interview with another company " B ", and they want to sponsor my visa from next month and they have started the process as well. If my current employer A, cancels my sponsorship within this month, am I legally allowed to stay in country and wait until next month to get the Company B's sponsorship and start the next job (am i eligible to go for next tier 2 VISA stamping within UK for company B's sponsorship ) ? Will my current sponsorship cancellation affect new sponsorship application from the next employer


If my employer cancels my current employment sponsorship & if i get my next sponsorship by end of next month ( December 2015 ) will i be still eligible for the ILR after 5 years ?
