Spouse Visa Financial Requirement

Hello Everyone,

Firstly I would like to thank everyone for their input and support.

We are planning to apply for my husband who is on tier 4 General.

I am currently in employment and earning salaried £21,000. However I have been in this job for the past 3 months only and prior to that I was doing Post Graduate where I received grant of 20,000 tax free over the period of 1 year.

Can someone help with the financial requirements, if I can use this to satisfy Category B with combination of Category C?

Thanks Casa for reading my post and replying.

I read the thread that you posted but it is different to my situation. As the person is currently doing his PGCE year. I have finished that in July and now I am currently in employment since September.

So I am less than 6 months with the current employer and previously I was in PGCE. In that gov document it mentions that you to be in receipt of it which doesn't apply to me as I have already finished PGCE in July.

Is there any other way if I haven't been in employment prior to my current role.
