ILE for child born in UK - Bank statement Query

ILE for child born in UK - Bank statement Query

Hi,

I am planning to apply for ILE from India this week for my child born in UK. Myself and my wife have recently been granted ILR and my child who is born in UK is with us now in India.

I am just wondering if I need to provide an original bank statement (to prove maintenance) that is not older than 28 days. Please advise.
