Can company pay application fee?

Hi.
I am currently in Tier 1 visa for about one & half years and my wife on dependent visa for 2 months
I want to switch from tier 1 to tier 2 visa, for which my new employer has provided me with CoS reference number, I want to know if my company can bear my visa fees and file my application along with the sponser for me and my dependent wife.
