Non EEA national apply for RC, lawyer or no lawyer?

We literally just arrived to UK 4 days ago, we have signed a rental apartment but have not moved in yet ( will move in in December). My husband just started to work 3 days ago (has no bank account and pay slip yet). We basically has just arrived and do not know what is going on.

You don't need a lawyer for this type of application; you just need to be methodical & organised (& supply all the necessary documentary supporting evidence).
