is this normal EEA fp ?

i called ukvi ,they told me decision of my EEA FAMILY PERMIT has been made last thursday , but no update on tls site , and its been 1 week since decision has been made. 60 days since application submitted ,is this normal ?

There does not appear to be a 'normal' for any EEA-related applications.
