Family Visitor Visa for Mother Pls Help

Hi i want to apply my mother's family visiting visa from pakistan, she doesn't have any bank account over there. But my brother is willing to provide his bank account details for my mom. Is it ok? N my husband would be the sponsor here. Can anyone plz tell me what documents do i need to apply. I will really appreciate it. Thanks
