Short Term Vignette

Hi All,

I am in Tier 2 General and my wife also got the Visa in Jul 2015 which expired in Aug 2015. Due to family situations she couldn't travel with me. But now she is planning to come UK. So I tried to apply under the Vignette Transfer option in the visa4uk online application. But it is not allowing me too enter the expiry date of the visa transfer details page. Its showing only after Dec 2015.

Please advise me in which category I need to apply for her?
